GOOD TO KNOW

A little extra planning

Rain, wind and outdoor plans

Check same-day operator notices and weather-cancellation rules. Keep an indoor alternative and follow the provider’s cancellation guidance.

Late returns, luggage and children

Check last departures and check-in deadlines first. Confirm locker dimensions, storage hours, stroller access and child conditions with the facility.

Steps, wheelchairs and assistance

Map distance does not establish accessibility. Ask the operator about lifts, ramps, the actual entrance and available assistance.
